How can you enhance your wellness in the year to come?
In our day to day busy and digitally overloaded lives, we often forget the most important player: ourselves.
We do not experience enrichment of life through our careers.
Living and playing have no place on our schedules.
We may have good financial resources, but our application of them is poor.
We all know the benefits of regular physical activity, healthy eating habits, strength and vitality as well as self-care and when to seek medical attention, but we spend our days sitting 8-10 hours, eat food with none if any nutrition and have chronic diseases.
We often loose our self-esteem, self-control, and determination as a sense of direction.
More than often creative and stimulating mental activities are lacking severely.
We neglect to contribute directly to our environment and community.
Our living spaces are often cluttered and disorganized.
Many of us barely a have strong group of mutual interdependent friends.
