Using Fabulous Foliage Plants to Spice up Your Containers

May 21, 2019 @ 6:30 pm

The Lower Providence Community Library is hosting a program on Using Fabulous Foliage Plants to Spice up Your Containers, presented by Master Gardener, Karrie Hontz.

This fun workshop will give you some new ideas on using plants that are known more for their lovely foliage than their flowers.  Learn how to use low maintenance foliage plants as a focal point in your container gardens to ensure a season-long colorful display.

Karrie Hontz is a Master Gardener from the Penn State Cooperative Extension of Montgomery County.   She has been a Master Gardener for more than 17 years and lectures throughout the county on various horticultural topics.

This program is free and open to the public. Registration requested.  Please email bloewengart@mclinc.org, call 610-666-6640, ext. 25, or stop by the library circulation desk.  The library is located at 50 Parklane Drive, Eagleville, PA 19403.  Check out the library’s website at www.lowerprovidencelibrary.org to see information about more great programs.
