Prior to being a realtor, I worked for a builder on products from townhouses, multi-family living, single Luxury custom homes, to active adult lifestyle communities.
I have a diverse background in new construction, with a major emphasis in Green Building and energy efficiency. My
specialties include certifications as both a L.E.E.D. A/P and the National Association of Realtors GREEN DESIGNEE (Designation), helping you make choices to have a home where you can create energy cost savings.
